It's critical to understand what motivates your specific crowd, and then tailor the system accordingly. For a few, it will be money. For most it will be money plus something else (recognition, publicaton, etc.), and for others there will not be a monetary component at all. All religious leaders and politicians practice that. <br />But te crudeness has been refined. If you go back to the age old Human civilisation , you find crowed sourcing was there.
